2027 Digital Referee License
You must be 13 years old to complete the course. It includes only online modules. All portions of the course must be completed to earn the Digital Referee License.
Total fee is $40 -- You must choose the Colorado New Referee Grassroots Training package to be able to take this course.
- $20.00 - US Soccer annual registration (listed as surcharge)
- $20.00 - Colorado annual registration
If you were registered as a referee for 2023, 2024 or 2025, DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS COURSE.
This course is for NEW referees OR those returning to the game after more than 5 year absence.
Upon successful completion of this online module, the referee will be able to work sanctioned games through December 31, 2025 - provided all necessary requirements have been met and maintained.
This course does not lead to the opportunities to earn premium pay or advance to higher referee grades (Regional, National, etc) This course certifies you to work any 'grassroots' game in Colorado.
ALL REFEREES AGE 18 AND OVER MUST COMPLETE BACKGROUND CHECK (Cost $31.21) IN THE LEARNING CENTER AND SAFESPORT!
All assignments must be completed for registration to be finalized.
